Sarah Reed

For thirty-five years, Sarah was a visual communications creative producer working with many international household names. She is passionate about older people and their relationships with younger generations and has since developed an organisation - Many Happy Returns - that develops projects, products and services that connect the generations through rich and enjoyable conversation and reminiscence. She also writes a blog, The Age Page.

'We have to learn how to embrace all ages in our society and recognise that we all have something to offer to enhance each other’s lives,' says Sarah. 'Unfortunately, this isn’t a very fashionable viewpoint, although there are encouraging, if small signs that attitudes towards the segregation of different age groups – endemic in this country for the last forty years – are finally beginning to change.'
