The course will be open for walking from 2pm to 6pm on Wednesday 28 May 2008

Entry fees
Class 1 Novice,
approx. 75cm (2'6"): £15.00
The combination must not have won a hunter trial, cross-country or one-day event
Class 2 Pairs, approx. 85cm (2'9"): Per pair £20.00
Open to any combination of riders. There will be a dressing fence.
Class 3 Intermediate, approx. 85cm (2'9"): £15.00
Class 4 Open, approx. 100cm (3'3"): £15.00
Paramedic cover per rider: £2.00

Classes
Minimum age: 8 years
Classes open to horses and ponies and riders of all ages (subject to minimum age)
Classes are limited and late entries only accepted if space is available
Late entries will cost £5.00 extra and cannot be made on the day

Start times
Class 1 will start at 9.30am prompt. 
Class 1 start times and approximate start times for the other classes

Clear round show jumping
£3.00 on the day
Minimum age: 6 years
Clear round show jumping will start from 8.30am at a height of approx. 70cm (2’3”). The height will increase during the course of the day. At about 1pm there will be a break for dogs to have a go!

Inter-Schools Challenge
Any school entering three or more competitors is automatically entered for the challenge. The best three scores from each school in any combination of Classes 1, 3 and 4 count toward the team total ie. a school may have one rider in each class, three riders in one class or two riders in one class and one in another. If a rider enters two classes only the score for the higher class will be counted for the challenge. Any school entering six or more competitors may be counted as having two teams.

  • Individual rosettes to 10th place in each section
  • Team rosettes to 6th place
  • Trophy for winning school
