Fundraise for us

Independent Age works to keep older people independent and out of poverty by providing them with practical support, financial help and lifelong friendship. We have 1200 volunteers who help 6000 older people throughout the UK and Ireland. This work would be impossible without our supporters.

There are many ways you can help us to raise money – you can make a donation yourself, attend one of our events or take part in a fundraising challenge or race.

	26 May 2009 The Big Fun Run - Run, jog or walk 5k and raise money for Indpendent Age. We have places available for runs in Liverpool, 9 August; Leicester, 22 August; Coventry, 23 August; Sheffield, 12 September; Leeds, 13 September; Cardiff, 26 September; Milton Keynes, 27 September; and Glasgow, 4 October.
