Medical students Emma Illingworth, Samantha Walker, Evangelie Dunn and Stephanie Berry asked their fellow students for food donations so that 14 older people could take delivery of New Year hampers and, equally important, meet some new faces.

Our local Area Representative, Di McVeigh, pictured here with three of the girls, helped to co-ordinate the effort.
